Your week, already arranged.

Book every ride you need days ahead, at a price fixed the moment you book it. No surge, no guessing at the kerb, and the fare goes whole to the person driving.

We earn from access, not from your ride. Riders pay for a membership and drivers pay for the board that shows them a week of work in advance. That is the whole business, and it is why the number on the left never has to move.

One price, all day

The hours you cannot avoid travelling are the hours it costs most.

On a metered app the same journey is priced by how badly the city wants a car at that minute. Wāyu prices it from a published table, days earlier, so eight in the morning costs what two in the afternoon costs.

How it works

Booked ahead is not a feature. It is the whole design.

Everything else about Wāyu follows from knowing the ride before it happens: the price can be fixed, the car can be promised, and the driver can be somebody who chose the job rather than somebody who was assigned it.

1

Say when, not now

Pick the days and times you actually travel, up to ninety days out. A weekday commute is one instruction, and it books itself every week until you stop it.

2

The price is settled there

You see the fare, the platform fee and the insurance before you confirm, and none of them move afterwards. There is no surge, because there is nothing to surge against: the demand is already known.

3

A driver chooses your ride

Not an algorithm handing a stranger your address thirty seconds before pickup. Drivers see the week ahead and take the work that fits their day, which is why it gets taken.

Published prices

The price is on the open web before it is on your screen.

These come out of the same table the app prices from, right now. A typical journey across Kansas City, in each of the four cars.

The fare depends on the two zones the journey runs between, so a shorter trip costs less and a longer one more. Every fare is quoted in full before you book, with the platform fee and the insurance on their own lines.

The full price list

For drivers

You keep the fare. All of it.

Wāyu makes its money from access, not from your ride. You pay for the board that shows you next week's work; nobody takes a cut of what you drive.

The whole fare

No commission, no service fee taken out of your side, no percentage that quietly grows. What the rider is quoted as the fare is what reaches you.

A week you can see

The board shows rides booked days ahead, with the fare and the hour on each. You choose what fits your day rather than answering a ping and hoping.

Cashing out is free

Any time, no schedule, no fee. Being handed money you have already earned should not cost you anything, and charging for it would contradict the fare.

A rider expecting you

They booked a time, they know your name and your car, and they picked the hour themselves. Almost nobody is a no-show at a time they chose.

For employers

Get your people to work without running a car park.

Shift work, hospital rotas and anywhere a job starts before the buses do. You set the policy, your people book their own rides inside it, and the company is invoiced once a month.

A seat, billed when it is used

A seat becomes billable the month an employee actually travels. Somebody who books nothing costs nothing, so a headcount you are not sure about is not a bet.

The policy is the control

Days, hours, ride classes, zones and a spend cap per person. Set once, enforced at the moment of booking rather than discovered on the invoice.

Their own time stays theirs

A ride an employee takes on their own account is invisible to you, in the database and not merely on the dashboard. You see the rides you paid for.
